Peer to Boss Transition is the second course that I developed for our Leadership Training  Academy.  The transition from peer to boss is difficult for many people, and the required changes when moving from peer to boss often take people by surprise.  The objective of this learning course is to present information and options for the new leaders to successfully transition from peer to boss. This is the asynchronous version; I also prepared an ILT presentation.
