Our organization has a group of individuals who were recently promoted to leadership positions.  To help them prepare for this, we created a two day Leadership Fundamentals workshop.  I created three Articulate Storyline 360 courses (Leadership Fundamentals, Peer to Boss Transition, Communication and Active Listening) as part of this workshop.  They were presented by instructors, so I created scripts for all three courses as well.  I then modified these courses for use in our LMS as asynchronous learning.  They are now part of our New Manager Training Program.  Take a look at these courses that I designed for leaders called Leadership Fundamentals. This is the asynchronous version that is now included in our Manager New Hire Onboarding.
