Growth Mindset Lite - Asynchronous Training

To start off a year of learning, I created a Growth Mindset mini course. I chose growth mindset to prepare employees for engaging in upcoming training.  I created an ILVT course that I also taught as well as a "lite" version that I added to Workday for asynchronous learning.

Ownership and Accountability Courses

Based on data from our 2024 needs assessment as well as meetings with various stakeholders within the organization, it was determined that training on ownership and accountability was needed throughout the organization. I have developed several variations of the training, including the following options:

Client Account Specialist Communication Training

The manager of our customer service department asked me to create a brief training addressing effective communication as a client account specialist. I created a short learning course based on the manager's input and real life situations that he wanted included in the training.
